Schema for the use of Tabex. Stopping smoking phases:

Phase 1: Preparation

- Day 4-7: Take 1 tablet every 2.5 hours (maximum 5 tablets per day).

Phase 3: Reduction

- Week 2: Take 1 tablet every 3 hours (maximum 4 tablets per day).

- Week 3: Take 1 tablet every 5 hours (maximum 3 tablets per day).

Phase 4: Dismantling

- Week 4: Take 1 tablet every 6 hours (maximum 2 tablets per day).

- Week 5: Take 1 tablet per day, preferably at the same time.

Important remarks:

- Preferably take the tablets with a glass of water.

- Try to avoid as many situations as possible where you would normally smoke.
